'Wynne Rogers' (Francis Rogers, R. 1998) Seedling# C-308-A. TB, 36" (91 cm). Late bloom. Standards violet blue (RHS 97C) shading to wistaria blue (92B); style arms violet blue; falls paler wistaria blue (92D), darker (92B) area radiating from beard; beards wistaria blue, yellow in throat; flared, ruffled; sweet fragrance.'Honky Tonk Blues' X 'Kathy's Joy'. Meadowbrook 1999.
