From Rainbow Hybridizing Gardens catalog 1965: WINTER GOLD (Austin '65) E-40". A very clear, bright yellow with dark gold veins at haft, and a spread of 6". Standards formed like a pointed rose-bud. Surpasses all other winter blooming yellows in he1ght, branchmg and abundance of flowers.
