'Windstar' (Roger Nelson, R. 1987). Seedling RN 87-61K. TB, 33" (84 cm), Midseason bloom. Ruffled deep violet blue (RHS 89D) on opening, then lightening to 92A; small white spray area around beard; white beard, yellow deep in throat; pronounced sweet fragrance. 'Loyal Devotion' X 'Navy Strut'. Iris Country 1989
