From Bay View Gardens catalog, 2017: WHO DID IT, 35 inches, E. An updated rendition of the old timer fancy plicata, Rich Raiment. The tightly held standards are bronzy tan suffused and subtly lined and dotted mahogany to solid midrib. The gold based falls appear gold lined on a mahogany overlay to solid edge. More gold around gold beards; gold-red heart of bloom. Serrated edge and wavy ruffling. So unique and difficult to describe; refer to the picture. No. U10-U6: The name says it.
