'Who Dares' (Alison Nicoll, R. 2009). Seedling# AO4T3-2. TB, 30" (75 cm), Midseason bloom. Standards strong red (RHS 53B) becoming lighter in center; style arms copper; falls strong purple-red (61B) plicata pattern on yellow ground, white area around beard; beards white base, hairs tipped gold; pronounced sweet fragrance. 'Ring Around Rosie' X 'Fancy Woman'. Introduced 2011/12 by Richmond.
