From AIS Bulletin #133, April 1954. Introducing WHITE SAILER: (Baker 1949) Sass Sdlg. 35-59 x Sierra Snow. $15.00. Tested for five years. A gorgeous white, with white beard on the falls, about midway toward the center of the flower. The heard blends to orange yellow which seems to illuminate the throat of the iris, and is very exceptional. Peacock's Iris Garden 1954.
