'Whistler' (Bruce Filardi, R. 2008) Seedling# BF-460B. TB, 42" (102 cm), Late bloom. Standards and style arms darkest violet-black (blacker than RHS N92C); falls black, slight hint of darkest violet at edges, small striped white area beside beard, flared; beards yellow gold in throat, blue violet tipped yellow in middle. blue violet tipped white at end; pronounced pleasant fragrance. 'Child of Royalty' X 'Obsidian'. International 2011.
