From Mid-America Garden catalog, 2011: WHAT'S NEW (Black ‘11) TB Midseason-Very Late 43” (109cm). The diversity from this cross was amazing. This is the third sib being introduced from this cross. Each is completely different. Standards and styles are medium orchid. Falls are slightly lighter than standards with lighter veins over outer half and darker bluish blending around beards. Back part of beard is near red then ending in blue violet. White spray alongside beards highlights their uniqueness. Tall, statuesque stalks have 4 branches plus spur and 7 buds. Sdlg. O141D: Advance Degree sib. $50.00. |
