References:

From R. Wallace Co. catalog, 1922: VINCENTIO (Newlands, 1921). A large purple bicolor with specially dark falls. A good companion plant to Hermione, which it resembles, though somewhat redder in colour tone. The foliage of these two seedlings is quite exceptional and unlike any other variety. 3ft. C IV. 21/- each.
From Indian Spring Farms catalog, 1927: VINCENTIO (Hort 1921). A bold purple bicolor with large, spreading, rich red-purple falls. A good companion plant to Hermione, which it resembles, though somewhat redder in color tone. The foliage of these two varieties is quite distinct and unlike any other variety. 36 inches. $3.00 each.
