From AIS Bulletin #170, July 1963. Ultrapoise (Noyd). I was extremely taken with this iris in the Denver Botanic Gardens. Although the blooms are not huge, it presented a picture that was attractive. The straw-yellow flowers had a pink flush in the standards. The beard is tangerine. The stalk is well branched and the flowers are flared and ruffled. |
