The full, tightly held standards are a mass of frilled undulations. The broad, pleated and ruffled falls follow the same pattern. A beautifully formed medium-sized flower. It has that indefinable quality known as personality. Floriferous. 35 in. Midseason. $25.00. Echo Hill Gardens.
