From AIS Bulletin #309 April 1998 Introducing SUNKIST MEADOWS (Niswonger '98) Sdlg 63-92: Sunkist Frills X 38-88: (Halo In Yellow x Peach Band). 38-88 was my favorite haloed seedling in 1988, a deep gold, but I lost it because it bloomed out. It's genes are salvaged here. TB, 34" (86 cm), M. This is a blended yellow halo with a white area in the semi-flared ruffled falls. The beard is bright marigold. It was Manfred Beer's favorite seedling on his visit here in 1996 from Germany. $35.00. Cape Iris.
