Red (RHS 53A to 46A), veined greyed purple (185A), gold stripe down center of falls, edged maroon; yellow orange (17A) beard tipped greyed purple (185A); spicy fragrance. Seedling# 79-2: ('Starburst' x 'Brimstone') X seedling# 89-9: ( 'Starburst' x "Bess"). Wildwood Gardens 1989.
