2000, Sutton

'Star Surge' (George Sutton, R. 1999). Seedling# H-254. TB, 36" (91 cm), Late midseason bloom. Standards and style arms imperial purple (RHS 77B); falls imperial purple (78A) speckled white, lower third dark plum purple (79) with thin white to violet edge; beards bronze; ruffled; slight spicy fragrance. 'Power Surge' X 'Rock Star'. Sutton 2000.
