'Spring Waltz' (Schreiners, R. 1969). Seedling# V 472-C. TB, 38" (97 cm), Late bloom. Color Class-YO5L, Standards full blend salmon pink to rose; falls same; yellow-orange beard; ruffled. 'Olympic Torch' X 'Grand Coulee'. Schreiners 1969.

From Schreiner’s catalog, 1969: SPRING WALTZ (Schreiner 1969) L. 38" $20.00. Like the splendor of the rose tinted dawn is this ruffled blend of warm shades of salmony pink to rosy pink. Tints of soft salmon buff harmonize the color ensemble like early shafts of sunlight spilling from new splendored dawn. The flower is exceptional for a blend-full in bloom, ruffled, large, with rigidly straight stems and wonderful branching. It has been the stellar attraction of the later blooming iris varieties.
