1993, Maryott
'Special Friend' (William Maryott, R. 1992). Seedling# M137C. TB, 36" (91 cm). Midseason bloom. Standards greyed red (RHS 182B) over yellow; falls deep yellow orange (162A) with precise purple (187C) plicata markings on hafts, slight stripe of purple under orange beard. 'Gigolo' X seedling# H114A: ('Rustic Dance' X 'Beyond'). Maryott 1993.
