'Southern Fire' (Dan and Nancy Elliott, R. 2009). Seedling# 11-02-SF. TB, 40" (102 cm), Midseason bloom. Standards maroon (RHS 187) edges blending to shades of orchid (186B/C) at base, serrated, ruffled; style arms gold (163B) at base blending to tan (174B) and dark mauve (182) at end; falls dark maroon (187C) at edge blending to dark brick red (182A), neon violet (78A) area below beard, lightly ruffled; beards orange, magenta at end, 1-1/2" fuzzy horns. 'Gypsy Romance' X 'French Horn'. Piney Woods 2010.
