2005, Meininger

'Sound of Trumpets' (LeRoy Meininger, R. 2005). Seedling# LT#6. TB, height 37" (94 cm). Midseason bloom. Standards and falls medium purple, white blaze veined purple on falls; style arms light purple, purple midrib; beards gold, bushy, 11/2" long white tipped purple horn or small spoon; slight sweet fragrance. Parentage unknown. Woodland 2005.
