From Tell’s Gardens catalog, 1962: SOFT SKY (Thornton Abell) Early-Midseason 35". (High Azure x Arabi Pasha) Beautifully tailored, flaring light blue self with beard of gentian blue shading to Uranium-green toward center where flower color deepens to cobalt. Won Seedling Cup and Exhibition Certificate with 16 votes as well as H. C. 1961. $30.00
