'Sky Blue Waters' (Jack Worel, R. 2011). Seedling# BBB. TB, 34" (86 cm). Early midseason bloom. Standards light frosty-blue (RHS 101C), slightly darker in center; style arms light frosty blue; falls same, very slight violet haft marks; beards frosty light blue; ruffled; slight sweet fragrance. Seedling# 3-4-WL: ('Laced Cotton' x 'Grandma’s Bluegown') X 'America’s Song'. Cooleys 2011.
