'Serena Louisa' (Barry Blyth, R. 2010). Seedling# O13-1. TB, 36" (91 cm). Early midseason bloom. Standards rich violet; falls deeper plush rich violet, 3/8" rich violet edge; ruffled; beards white tipped yellow in throat; slight sweet fragrance. 'Full Impact' X 'Louisa's Song'. Tempo Two 2010/11.

| Hybridizer's Comment: This is typical of the quality iris that comes from 'Louisa's Song'. Standards are rich violet. Falls are deeper plush violet with 3/8" edge of the standard colour. Beards are white tipped yellow and slightly rmuted. It makes a great statement in the garden. Some show stems and very handsome purple based foliage. A standout. |
