From Bay View Gardens catalog,1997: SELECT CIRCLE, 38 inches, early to late season. $35.00. Striking and stunning new black plicata. Standards are dotted and stitched with blackish plum over white. The falls are pure white with no belly stripe. The edges are dotted and stitched with black plum. Brick beards with purple tip. Very ruffled and light lace with super branching and great bud count and branching. Vigor like weeds. No. 92-44T2: 90-52L2 Epicenter sib X 90-65 tall, Somersault sib.
