'Saffron Drift' (Barry Blyth, R. 2011). Seedling# S126-1. TB, 37" (94 cm). Very very early bloom. Standards, style arms, falls and beards lemon yellow; pronounced sweet fragrance. 'That's All Folks' X 'Treasure Trader'. Tempo Two 2011/12.

Hybridizer's Comment : Such a great garden iris as well as giving some lovely show stems. It is a complete self including the beards of lemon yellow. Wide, flared and ruffled to light lace. Excellent grower and easy flowerer, Has that lovely old fashioned iris perfume, One of the very first to bloom each Spring.
