From Paul Black: Iris 'Ruth Black' P. Black 1996. My Grandmother Black was one of the reasons I became involved with irises. I named this iris in her honor in 1996. It can still hold its own with modern TBs. An excellent trait it possesses is the back-up buds mature and open after the first round of bloom has come and gone. It makes for a long bloom season. |
