Donald Spoon, R. 2018).Seedling 2008-86 DCXRS. TB, 35” (89 cm), 7 buds with rare extra long stemmed, double socketed spur. Late midseason bloom. Deep violet self with velvety texture. Standards violet (RHS blend of N87A & N88B) with glassy velvet sheen inside and out; Styhlearms extra large with same violet blend; Falls violet (N88A/B) with darker veins and lighter (N87A) hafts with slightly darker veins; Beard wide, solid violet blue (94B); ruffled and fluted; wide, touching semiflared falls; closed, domed standards; laced crests; slight sweet fragrance: pod fertile.
