1919, Bliss

'Robin' (Arthur J. Bliss, 1919). TB. Color Class-R9L.

From G. G. Whitelegg catalog, 1921: ROBIN (Bliss 1920). A flower of most brilliant and unusual colouring. The standards are bright rosy mauve to heliotrope. and the falls bright Bishop's violet. It is exceedingly free-flowering, of good habit of growth, with branching spikes and flowers of medmm s1ze and good form. Height, 2 ft. 9ins.
