1961, Hope

'Rippled Sunshine' (Ione Hope, R. 1960). TB, 36" (91 cm), Midseason bloom. Color Class-Y1M, Yellow self; white blaze in center. ('Truly Yours' x 'Limelight') X 'Riviera'. Eden Road 1961.

From AIS Bulletin #161, April 1961. Introducing RIPPLED SUNSHINE (Hope '61) M. 36 in. (Truly Yours x Limelight) X (Riviera). Gorgeous companion to Glamorous and both are Riviera seedlings. The blooms are large and semi-flaring with medium yellow standards. Falls same with white center. Yellow beard. Heavily ruffled and laced. Well branched. Fertile both ways. $25.00. Eden Road.
