'Pink Flounce' (Maynard Knopf, R. 1961). Seedling #13-A-6. TB, 34" (86 cm), Early bloom. Color Class-O1P. Deep pink self; orange beard. Parentage unknown. Knopf 1962.

From AIS Bulletin #165, April 1962. Introducing PINK FLOUNCE: Sdlg. 13-A-6. 36", E. Parentage unknown. Rich deep pink, crinkled and lovely. Rich orange beard. We lost the parentage on this one but since it is such a pure pink and so very ruffled, we felt that it should be available to the public. $15.00. Knopf Iris Garden.
