'Pieces Of Ice' (
Roger Nelson, R. 1985). Seedling# RN 79-6C. TB, 38" (97 cm), Late to very late bloom. Standards silvery violet blue (RHS 92B) lightening to 92C by 2nd day, midrib infused deeper violet (near 88B); falls same with deeper violet (88B) deep in hafts; deep violet blue (94B) beard with touch of orange deep in throat; moderately ruffled; pronounced sweet fragrance.
