'Party Starter' (Tom Burseen, R. 2016). Seedling# 13-498A. TB, 36" (91 cm). Midseason to late bloom. Standards and style arms indian yellow (RHS 17B); falls white, edges washed indian yellow; beards saturn red (30B); exceedingly ruffled and laced; slight sweet fragrance. 'Extra Crispy' X 'Blended Splendid'.
