'Out Yonder' (G. Wickersham, R. 1969). TB, 36" (91 cm). Midseason bloom. Standards pale blue; falls solid indigo blue with slight violet cast, deeper color extending partway up along midrib; white beard tipped pale yellow. Unknown parentage. Cooley's Gardens 1969.

ORIGINAL CATALOG DESCRIPTION: OUT YONDER (Wickersham, 1969) Each $20.00. We like this best of all we have seen of this type . . . pale blue–almost white–standards and solid indigo blue falls with a slight violet cast. A bit of this deeper color extends part way upward along the mid-ribs of the standards. Beard is white, tipped pale yellow. Perfect form, with domed standards and wide, flaring, wavy falls. Fairly late, lots of large flowers on 36-inch stems, well branched. [Cooley's Iris, 1969]
