'Our Request' (Duane Meek, R. 1991). Seedling# 227-1-4. TB, 35" (89 cm). Late midseason bloom. Standards cream, flushed yellow gold at midrib; falls yellow gold, discreet brown peppering around edge, large central cream area; beards yellow gold; heavily ruffled. Seedling# 242-1-7: ('Orange Plush' x 'Grecian Gown') X 'Desert Echo'. D. & J. Gardens 1991.

From AIS Bulletin #281 April 1991 Introducing OUR REQUEST (D. Meek '91) TB 35" M-L. Cream stds. flushed yellow gold with large cream center area and discreet brown peppering all around fall edges. Yellow gold beards to top it all off. Heavy ruffling and pleating. Very different. Almost amoena plicata. 227-1-4: 242-1-7 X Desert Echo. $25.00. D&J Gardens.
