From Quality Gardens catalog 1930: ORION (Vilmorin, 1926) M. 36" Enormous flower. A greatly improved Alcazar. Its colors are clearer and it is very much more refined than Alcazar. S. smoky violet. F. velvety blackish violet, long bright yellow beard. $2.50.
