1970, Hamblen

'Orchid Wings' (Melba Hamblen, R. 1969). Seedling# H64-25-2. TB, 36" (91 cm). Early to late bloom. Color Class-V5Lcm, Standards violet with pink flush which deepens at base of petal; Falls violet RHS 84D); beard red-orange (34C). Seedling# 60-16 ( 'Gay Adventure' x 'Fair Luzon') X 'Rippling Waters'. Mission Bell 1970. Honorable Mention 1971.
