From AIS Bulletin #232 Winter 1979 Introducing ORCHID TINSEL---Sdlg. 73-88: 68-60 X Pink Taffeta. TB, 36", E. A beautiful over-all shade of blue-orchid with a lighter blaze around the tangerine beard. The closed, upright standards and flaring falls are wide and rounded, heavily waved and ruffled. Heavy substance. Has a show stalk with four blooms out, three branches and terminal with 9 or more buds. Plant habits are excellent and fertile both ways. $25.00. Rudolph. |
