'Orange Flounce' (Lloyd Austin, R. 1963). Seedling# 214. TB, 36" (91 cm). Midseason bloom. Color Class-O3; Horned; Standards golden orange; falls orange flushed rose, 2-inch orange flounces flushed rose. From two horned seedlings. Rainbow 1964.

From Rainbow Hybridizing Gardens catalog 1965: ORANGE FLOUNCE (Austin '64) M 36". An outstanding blend of" orange and rose, shown in color above. Standards golden orange, meeting. Falls flaring, orange flushed rose & softly veined rose at haft. Large (1-1/2" to 2" wide) folded flounces orange inside, flushed rose outs1de.
