Shirley Trio, R. 2013) Seedling# SXMM. TB, 33 (84 cm), Midseason to late bloom. Standards white, gold edge; style arms white, gold fringe and edge; falls dark blue-purple surrounded by lighter band of blue, white blaze surrounded by cerulean-blue, few chocolate lines radiating out from heart; beards gold.

*'Opposites' was planted in late summer, produced 5 fans in spring of 2015 with 3 bloom stalks, one with 5 blooms, one with 2 and one with 4 - total of 11, impressive with my soil conditions. Pictures are very representative of mine, beard very gold against white markings, falls are deep blue and areas of almost blue-black. The very nice thing to see is the gold thread on edges of the standards and on the style-arms. --
