From Treholme Gardens catalog 1928: ODAROLOC (Andrews 1924) E. 89 G. 90 45" M. S. to L. A beautiful mauve to lobelia violet self. S. arched and symmetrical and very large; F. wide, long and flaring; orange beard. Very vigorous and free flowering, producing very large flowers of good form on tall, well branched stems. A tall Pallida of Princess Beatrice form, presenting more of a pink effect in mass. An outstanding iris. 5.00.
From Maple Valley Iris Gardens catalog, 1933: ODAROLOC (Andrews, 1924) Pure self of soft mauve to lobelia violet. $1.00.
