From Tell’s Gardens catalog, 1964: NORMA AVERETT (Muhlestein '64) BB M-late 28 in. (Native Dancer x June's Sister) Ivory to white ground flushed apricot pink. Falls lined amber at hafts, standards flushed coral with gold edge, falls edged coral-pink with a minute gold edge and a coral-red beard. I have seen nothing quite like it. The standards open (cup) and the falls flare-it has a distinct and unusual personality. H.C. '63. #92. $25.00 |
