From AIS Bulletin #237 April 1980 Introducing NORBULINKA-Sdlg.69-3: (Martel X Formal Affair). Rich and resplendent, this handsome flower is unique and different. There is nothing just like this amethyst blend, which was named for the ancient Tibetian temple, Jewel Box of Lhasa. The standards are medium amethyst with a golden brown border. Upon opening, they reveal cadmium blended orange stylearms the second day. The deep amethyst, ruffled falls are outlined with a brown border. Orange beard. Admired in Region 21, where it has gathered three HCs. Fertile both ways %25.00. John Griffin. |
