'Nobleman' ( Sanford Babson, R. 1970) Seedling# R21-1. TB, 40" (102 cm), Late midseason bloom. Ruffled deep cobalt violet self; violet beard. 'Alcalde' X seedling# 012-3: ( 'Angel Curls' x 'Pretty Carol'). Melrose Gardens 1970. Honorable Mention 1972.
