From AIS Bulletin #213 April 1974 Introducing NEW VENTURE: [Magic Morn x (((Frost and Flame x Lipstick) x C. Benson 56-9)) x One Desire)))] X Sunset Snow. A welcome addition to a very difficult class to achieve-pink amoenas! The ruffled domed standards are chalk white with a faint hint of pink at the base of the midrib. The broad, ruffled, flaring falls are a blend of pink and lavender. It has good form and branching, and is a dependable grower and a consistant bloomer. Midseason, 34", HC 1973. $25.00. Echo Hill Garden. |
