From Sass catalog, 1948: MOONLIGHT MADONNA (J. Sass, 1943)- Martins yellow self. Medium to large flowers on 36-inch branching stem. $3.00
From Walter Marx Gardens catalog 1957: MOONLIGHT MADONNA (Sass 1943) Each .60. Lemon ice yellow, much like old ELSA SASS but brighter color, better form, larger flowers. Very beautiful. HM 1943, AM 1945.
