'Miss Virginia' (Mrs. F. Allen (Frances) Brown, R. 1965). Seedling# 60-212A. TB, 38" (97 cm), Midseason bloom. Color Class-RV3PD, Standards white with pale orchid wash; falls burgundy or botticelli-red. (('Melodrama' x ('Taholah' x 'Melodrama')) X 'Taholah'. Landsend 1965.

From AIS Bulletin #177, April 1965. Introducing MISS VIRGINIA. (Melodrama x Taholah x Melodrama) 38". Midseason. Seedling 60-212-A. Very brilliant two-toned iris. The standards are satin white. The falls are broad and flaring, and are a bright rosy-violet; a decided contrast. Beautifully formed Howers of heavy substance, sturdy stalks, with good branching. H.C. 1964. Net $20.00. Landsend Iris Gardens.
