'Midnight Passion' (Keith Keppel, R. 2007). Seedling# 99-120C. TB, 32" (81 cm), Late midseason bloom. Standards silky smoked red purple (between M&P 47-H-4 and 48-H-3); style arms mello mauve (45-F-1) to crushed violets (45-G-5); falls velvety shiny red-black; beards tomato red (3-I-12). Seedling# 96-54A: (seedling# 92-83T: ('Night Game' x seedling# 88-140A: (seedling# 82-65A: ('Tomorrow's Child' x Gatty seedling# K41-1: ('Show Biz' x 'Villain')) x 'Gallant Rogue')) x seedling# 92-83G) X 'Fiery Temper'. Keppel 2008. Honorable Mention 2011.
