'Lucia Oe' (Manfred Beer, R. 2008). Seedling# MB 19/01A. TB, 35" (90 cm). Midseason bloom. Standards and falls violet blue (RHS 89A); beards black violet-blue; sweet spicy fragrance. 'Yaquina Blue' X 'Emperor's Delight'. International 2009.
