From AIS Bulletin #333 April 2004 Introducing LEMONADE SPRINGS TB 28", EM. Standards and style arms light yellow. Falls are light yellow paling to near white at darker yellow beards and petal edges. Tired of tall, show stalk irises that need staking or get bruised petals because of wide branching in the clump? You can throw away your stakes with this lacy yellow iris. No show stalks in a clump of LEMONADE SPRINGS. Adequate stalks to display the flowers just above the foliage. A great garden iris from reblooming parents. Makes small rhizomes and has shorter foliage. Flowers in proportion. Pinkness x White Reprise. $30. Walter Moores. |
