1987, Durrance

'Lavender Sunset' (John Durrance, R. 1987). Seedling# 82-16. TB, 38" (97 cm), Late to very late bloom. Pale purple lavender, white blaze on falls; white beard. Unknown parentage. Long's Gardens 1987.

From AIS Bulletin #265 April 1987 Introducing LAVENDER SUNSET (John Durrance) TB 38" L-VL Sdlg. 082-16. Pale purple lavender with white blaze at the end of white beard. Blooms very late for us. Let its lavender hues cast a soft glow on the end of your TB season. Parentage unknown. $30.00. Long's Gardens.
