1994, Plotner

'Lady Hawke' (William Plotner, R. 1989). Seedling# 402. TB, 38-40" (97-102 cm). Midseason to late bloom. Standards lilac purple (RHS 76A), darker (90C) at base; falls dark purple (83A) blending to lighter at edge (83B); violet blue (97A) beard; heavily ruffled; slight spicy fragrance. 'Haunting Mystery' X Tompkins seedling# 83-8: (('Out Yonder' x 'Study in Contrast') x 'River Hawk'). Wildwood Gardens 1994.
