From Western Iris Gardens catalog, 1948: KLONDYKE GOLD ( Kirkland, 1941). M. 34". Upright standards, slightly domed with very wide and flaring falls mark this deep pure yellow. It has excellent substance and finish in the flower. Attracts from great distance in garden. $1.50
